Therapy in Spanish

About Therapy in Spanish

The language you grew up speaking carries things that are hard to translate: memory, identity, the small emotional details that get lost when you switch to a second language. Being able to speak in the language that feels most natural to you can make therapy land somewhere deeper. Fabiola Celi Psychotherapy offers sessions in both English and Spanish, led by a native Spanish speaker who spent her first twenty years immersed in Hispanic culture.

Who This May Suit

Many people find that speaking in their own language helps them reconnect with their cultural roots and express experiences that are easier to understand and process in Spanish. Language carries family stories, emotional nuances, and cultural meaning, and accessing those elements can deepen therapeutic work. This may suit you if Spanish feels more natural when talking about personal or emotional topics, or if you often think or reflect in Spanish even when you use English day‑to‑day.
