Steady Support for Every Stage of Life

Virtual therapy in Ontario for seniors navigating later life transitions, grief, and wellbeing

Senior Therapy

About Senior Therapy

Later life brings real change alongside real challenge: retirement, shifting roles, health concerns, grieving, or just feeling more disconnected from the world than you used to. Senior therapy offers an unhurried space to work through all of that and find steadier ground, without being rushed or judged.

Who This May Suit

This can help seniors working through grief, adjusting to retirement or another major change, feeling lonely or isolated, dealing with anxiety or low mood, or just wanting a private space to reflect on what matters most right now. Virtual sessions also make care easier to access from home.
