Teen Therapy

About Teen Therapy

The teenage years bring a lot of change all at once, emotionally, socially, and in figuring out who you are. Teen therapy offers a private, judgment free space where young people can talk through what they are feeling, build stronger emotional tools, and grow more confident in themselves.

Who This May Suit

This can be a good fit for teens dealing with anxiety, low mood, school stress, peer pressure, family tension, or shaky self esteem. It also offers real support for teens working through trauma or big transitions.

The approach

Sessions move at the pace that feels comfortable for the teen. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Fabiola keeps a professional and confidential space that respects the privacy and independence of every young client. Therapy with teens often includes more guidance around emotional regulation, helping them name what they’re feeling and understand how those emotions show up in their daily lives. Sessions may also involve supporting decision-making, navigating school or social pressures, and building healthy communication skills.

All services are provided by Fabiola Celi, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Sessions are conducted in a confidential, professional, and ethically grounded environment.
